O Lead negotiation process with LL and plan for the network strategy - Negotiation each department store to make sure representing brand visibility and image - Involve with store project team and align with network strategy.
O Involve direction of finance and HR to make sure supporting functions are aligned to business strategy. - Decision-make to allocate necessary resources are placed. - Have visibility of P&L to make sure business priorities are well planned and executed. - Propose effective way to support business.
O Develop retail workforce and leadership team.
O Maximize efficiency of retail operation and maintain high level of retail performance KPI.
O Lead and engage the teams with clear vision and development strategy - Reinforce teams¡¯ capabilities and skills according to its specific needs and requirements - Guide retail learning strategy and ensure training roadmap in place to develop in-house talents and attract talents from local market
