Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and achieving KPI targets.
Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. • Lead and manage a Financial Agent team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support. • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with internal/external clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to the management team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk and operation, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals. • Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments.
Requirements • Bachelor¡¯s degree or specialized diploma in related field. • 5+ year experience in financial service or related industry • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power Platform. • More than intermediate level of English (oral/written).
