  3. Long-term AR adjustment and reconciliation in SAP based on related documents
  4. Issue Debit and Credit memo
  5. Weekly EFA committee preparation and follow-up action items from the meeting
  6. Prepare & release customer statement and follow-up request from Service providers
  7. Compliance billing letter preparation and follow-up additional request from commercial team
  8. Generate BI reports
  9. AFCM data preparation and load to SAP
  10. Error correction in SAP
  11. Support EFA manager
  12. Other ad-hoc request from EFA manager and team

  1. Bachelor¡¯s degree 
  2. Strong data analytical and organizational skills 
  3. Proficiency in reading and writing English
  4. MS Office with solid Excel skills
