Sr. Specialist, FP&A adiGolf (2 Year), Finance
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
The cornerstone activity of this role is consistency, transparency, planning, analyzing, reporting, and partnering with all relevant stakeholders in alignment with globally defined standardized guidelines and processes with Product first mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute standard and ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for MaEx, Category/channel profitability, etc. (short, mid- and long term), BOH analysis
Create transparency and acting as advisor for the Brand Team based on the actual reporting, forecasting/budgeting process, potential Risk / Opportunities and management comments.
Sports Marketing and EIM controlling and CAF approval process supervision
Go-in margin analysis and modelling with close collaboration with MOPs and Demand planning
Standard margin analysis and modelling, cost changes impact assessment, pricing analysis and recommendations
Collaborate with the Demand Planning teams in terms of alignment between the monthly IBP and RFC process, ensures consensus between Brand and Sales forecasts
Tracks the impact of the CB and CB+ on the margin and the category planning
Develop and track Hype allocation models together with MOPs and the BUs
Collaborate with CCT Finance on potential implications on margin as a result of CCT product creations
Provide insights and work on scenarios planning in order to facilitate Brand related process and decisions
Support the preparation for key Brand meetings – Pre-GTM, Trade meetings, 3x1, 3x3 etc.
Ensures SAC (MaEx system) is up-to-date and the spend is allocated properly across the different MaEx buckets
Facilitates the alignment of the Sales working budget allocation between Brand and the Sales teams and escalates accordingly
Reviews critically and challenges the planning assumptions related to the sales working budget
Ensures compliance of the MaEx planning and reporting to the relevant policies and procedures
Coordinate and execute the MaEx planning close collaboration with the Brand team
Develop and run MaEx ROI models and assessment of campaigns effectiveness together with the BUs
Work in close collaboration with Korea NTP and the Brand team in tracking and assessing NTP savings and more particular Media savings and how they impact the financial planning
Work with Brand team on Franchise lifecycle management, prepare trend reports and analyze franchise performance
Understand the business and apply this knowledge to proactively manage risks and opportunities across all P&L line items
Various project management and support
aGolf specific responsibilities:
Plays a key role in the strategic planning forecasting and decision making to ensure that business goals are met by regularly using/analyzing of aGolf sales (incl. but not limited to channel and division), full Profit and Loss , costs, margins and other key financial data available
Partner with the aGolf sales organization in order to meet adidas Korea financial goals and expectations, flag risks and opportunities and escalate appropriately
Communication with adidas Golf AP & Global Finance Org
Ensures aGolf actual and planning data is timely entered in the consolidated adidas Korea planning templates and in the planning/reporting system, following the local and global FP&A calendars

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Complete familiarity with Microsoft office, SAP, Power BI or equivalent tools
High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus among Retail, eCom & Wholesale
Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation)
Strong analytical skills
Proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis, trend forecasting)
Understanding on GTM process & Pricing strategic to maximize company profit.
Solid accounting skills and experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree in Accounting or adequate education
Minimum 5 years of financial planning experience
Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
