Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities: Research and analyze market trends to find potential clients and new sales opportunities - Build and maintain client relationships: Establish rapport with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. - Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute plans to meet sales targets and expand the company¡¯s market share. - Design and manage Key Account Plan: Plan and implement KAP with cross sell and up sell to - Develop and deliver sales pipeline management plan : Build strong sales pipeline management for the sustainable growth. - Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing team and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals. - Prepare and present proposals: Develop quotes and proposals for customers, addressing their needs and providing solutions through the company¡¯s products or services.

Requirement
Education : Bachelor¡¯s degree in Chemical, Mechanic, or related Engineering field.
Experience : Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred lubricant market business experience.
