[Position]

SCM Specialist

 

[SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES]

•        Inter-company order management and demand planning

•        Weekly PSI (Pre-shipment Inspection) updates

•        Making the Invoice, Packing list, and Packing slip

•        Working with freight forwarders and truckers to ensure timely pickup of cargo from warehouses

•        An export declaration

•        Compliance with customs, import and export laws, and transport regulations

•        Notify interested parties of any issues with the order, including shipping delays, returns, price changes, product quality issues, specification changes, etc

•        Logistics operation cost monthly closing

•        Analyze and manage logistics costs, tariffs, and taxes to import new OEM/ODM products

•        Managing FTA agreements required by each country

•        Preparation of external/internal audit related to certificate of origin

•        In charge of discovering/selecting/fostering/transaction termination of non-regular purchasing for the company, unit price determination and unit price management (increase/decrease), relationship management with partners, and transaction termination management.

[EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS]

•        Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering program.

•        5 + years of professional experience in Export or related work.

•        Experience FTA management

•        Completes total cost analysis to validate pricing.

•        Reviews supplier proposals to support project teams with cost/schedule estimates.

•        Responsible for Supplier Selection where the current or approved supplier does not exist utilizing cross-functional input and following self-derived negotiations strategy and total cost analysis.

•        Develops project management tracking to monitor and exceed project timing and cost goals.

•        Completes supplier identification, quoting of current and/or approved suppliers.

•        Experienced in analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making skill.

•        Fluent in English
