Drive

Balance

development. You will bring
¡¤ Bachelor¡¯s degree in Business, Sales,
Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
¡¤ 10+ years of experience in channel
sales, with a focus on managing global or multi-regional teams.
¡¤ Proven track record of driving
significant revenue growth through channel partnerships.
¡¤ Strong understanding of global market
dynamics and experience working across diverse cultural and regulatory
environments.
¡¤ Exceptional negotiation,
relationship-building, and leadership skills.
¡¤ Data-driven mindset with the ability to
translate analytics into actionable strategies.
¡¤ Experience in Unified Communications
industry highly preferred.
¡¤ Excellent English communication and
presentation skills.
