[Position] Resort Engineer Supervisor(Mason, Carpenter, 5년 이상)

INPSIRE Entertainment Resort 의 Facility Management & Engineering팀에서 리조트 내의 각종 목공/석공 업무들을 담당해주실 Engineering Supervisor를 채용합니다. 호텔 및 리조트 등의 대형 시설물 에서 주 업무로 최소 2년 이상, 총 경력 5년 이상 경력자에 한하여 지원 가능하며, 시설물 관리와 관련된 관공서와의 각종 커뮤니케이션은 물론, 시설물 유지보수와 관련된 다양한 Stakeholder들과의 Communication을 담당합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Summary:

Working in a fast-paced and guest-facing business, Technical Services is a dynamic team responsible for all elements of maintenance across the resort to ensure the park is always operating safely and effectively. Our team members are enthusiastic and motivated to deliver and improve the service we provide, while having a sense of fun and community that comes from working with Mohegan and INSPIRE Korea Resort.

You are responsible for the resort facility & estate. You will ensure the maintenance, repair and upgrades are conducted safely and effectively by your teams who provide very professional technical knowledge & skill.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Supports the FM&E team to keep the resort running safely and effectively.
Manage all health and safety elements of FM&E maintenance operations and comply with applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
Take action to reduce maintenance time and costs while reducing reliance on contractors for all FM&E maintenance-related tasks.
Plan, allocate, supervise, and inspect the work of a certain level of subordinates, unskilled and semi-skilled helpers and workers in beautification, bricklaying, marble & tile setting or woodworking, and other masonry construction, Interior and exterior materials, renovation, and repair operations.
Become a safety officer as the legal building safety assistant manager.
Receives work orders and reviews plans or blueprints of projects.
Estimates materials, man hours and cost requirements.
Ensures that necessary materials, supplies, equipment, plans, tools, etc., are available.
Demonstrates proper work methods.
Inspects work in progress and upon completion.
Coordinate and prioritize workplace and field work.
Consult with Manager on assignment or staffing issues.
Adhere to established work schedules.
Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
Maintaining honesty and integrity with superior, subordinates and guests

Education and Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in masonry or carpentry.
Graduated from a 2-year college or higher in the technical field.
Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to support park operations.
