INPSIRE Entertainment Resort의 Resort Hospitality 부서에서 Hotel Operations과 관련된 각종 교육 및 훈련 관련 업무를 담당해주실 Training Manager를 채용합니다. 5성급 호텔 및 글로벌 호텔 체인, 대규모 복합리조트 등에서 최소 2~3년(전체경력 7년 이상) 이상 교육담당으로 업무를 담당해보신 분에 한하여 지원 가능하며, 업무 특성상 다양한 국적의 Stakeholder와의 Global Communication이 빈번한 포지션으로 영어 및 외국어로 자신의 의견을 명확하고 자신 있게 소통하실 수 있는 분을 선호합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Training Manager for resort hospitality is responsible for planning and executing training across the Hotel(and F&B in ther future) Operations. Assists the Hotel General Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel Operations, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the departmental operations manual are strictly adhered to. Advises the Director of Operations of any new support material that would be beneficial to the hotel. Ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision. Works with Hotel Operations leadership team to identify and address employee and organizational development needs. The position is responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results. Training programs focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, SOPs, basic operational systems, customer service and leadership skills.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the hotel’s focus on service excellence by training and assisting others to train people to provide exceptional service to the hotel’s external customers.
• Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
• Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.
• Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Helps employees identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence.
• Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations.
• Uses effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills.
• Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers.
• Reviews comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
• Measures transfer of learning from training courses to the operation. 
• Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
• Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance.
• Makes any necessary adjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains as appropriate.
• Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.
• Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
• Develops specific training to improve service performance.
• Drives brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities.
• Incorporates guest satisfaction as a component of departmental meetings with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Manages in the development of the Training budget as required.
• Manages department controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major.
• A minimum of 7+ years operational experience within rooms division, with 1-2 years’ experience as training manager at similar capacity in Rooms or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in English and Korean language and excellent presentation skills and team leadership skills.
• Great operational knowledge to enable you leading a high performing team which requires great team leadership skills and creating the right working environment.
