[Position] F&B Service - Supervisor (5년 이상, 외국어 구사자, 복합리조트 경력자 우대)

INSPIRE Entertainment Resort의 F&B Service 부서에서 Supervisor를 채용합니다. 지정된 식음 업장의 운영을 감독하며, 고객에게 따뜻하고 긍정적인 첫인상을 제공하는 역할을 담당합니다.

F&B 서비스 팀을 리드하고 교육하며, 동기를 부여해 탁월한 고객 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 지원합니다. 또한 팀과 협력하여 긍정적이고 협력적인 근무 환경을 조성하는 데 기여하며, 아웃렛 어시스턴트 매니저 또는 아웃렛 매니저에게 보고합니다.

교대 근무제(주말, 공휴일, 야간 포함)로 운영되며, 최소 5년 이상의 식음료 경력과 3년 이상의 수퍼바이저 (팀리더) 경력자를 우대합니다. 라운지, 레스토랑, 복합 리조트, 또는 5성급 호텔에서의 경력자를 우대합니다.

Position Summary:

Food & Beverage Supervisor reports to the Outlet Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily operations while creating a welcoming and positive first impression for all guests. This role involves leading, training, and inspiring Food & Beverage service staff to deliver exceptional guest service. The Supervisor engages closely with the team to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

He/she is responsible for leading the staff to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and daily service operations to guarantee that guests enjoy a consistent and outstanding experience.  He/she will assist the Outlet Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager for their designated venue(s)’ overall Front of the House (FOH) services, such as outlet(s) and attached bar operations, revenue management, safety & sanitation management, cost & expense management, team building, and employee development.

This position requires a flexible and dynamic problem solver with exceptional leadership abilities who can empower staff to give superior guest service to resort guests, associates, and visitors.  He/she acts as a brand ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction to his/her responsible outlet(s).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (include but not limited to)

Business Impact/Results:

• Support daily operations and assist in achieving the outlet’s financial goals.
• Maintain high operational standards by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure appealing and relevant food and beverage offerings are available to meet guest expectations.
• Achieve guest satisfaction targets through exceptional service, product availability, and guest-focused operations.
• Execute promotional plans to maximize outlet sales and performance.
• Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure efficient use of working capital, with proper monitoring systems in place.
• Collaborate with Outlet Management to assess performance against competitors and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform supervisory shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet guest and operational needs.

Communication:

• Maintain strong communication with culinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of F&B products and services.
• Address operational challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Drive sales initiatives by understanding consumer trends and demands.
• Promote and demonstrate INSPIRE’s core values to all team members.

Decision Making & Autonomy:

• Support Outlet Management in maintaining the look, feel, and overall standards of the outlet in alignment with the INSPIRE brand.
• Ensure daily operational reports and guest feedback are accurately documented and communicated to the management team.
• Follow up on guest comments and implement appropriate actions to enhance their experience.

Applied Knowledge & Specialist Skills:

• Stay current with industry trends to ensure the outlet’s offerings remain competitive and appealing.
• Assist Outlet Management in aligning F&B strategies with the resort’s goals, incorporating sales data, guest feedback, and financial targets.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld in all aspects of the outlet, including signage, service presentation, and product quality.
• Train and mentor staff on F&B presentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in service delivery.

Managing Resources:

• Provide regular coaching, performance reviews, and development opportunities for team members.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ensuring employees take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.
• Lead guest service training to establish a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Assist management in monitoring employee satisfaction and addressing areas for improvement, such as teamwork, leadership, and work environment.

Education and Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience (or 4 years of line-level experience) in high-volume, complex casino/hotel operations.
• Proven leadership experience in pre-opening projects and hotel operations, with a passion for exemplary guest service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of local areas and destinations is an advantage.
• English proficiency (speaking and writing) is preferred; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Japanese is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Familiar with the operation work environment.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts.
• Capability to work on feet for eight hours or more.
