This position is part of the Air Liquide Advanced Materials Business Unit which focuses on highly specialized molecules that support the electronics industry.
The main objective and purpose of this position consist in performing metal-organic precursor sample preparation and analysis, adequate quality control in AMCK facility and supporting QA and commercial teams to solve the customer complaint and also improving product and quality efficiency.

■ 분석 결과의 기록 및 품질 관리
■ QC 실험실 관리 지원
■ 분석 기기 관리 지원
■ MSA, GR&R, LTS 수행
■ 위험물 취급에 대한 안전 수칙 준수
■ 표준가스 관리

- Analysis accountabilities
■ Gas Impurity analysis by GC and FTIR
■ Purified gas analysis by GC, O2 analyzer and Moisture analyzer
■ Gas concentration analysis by FTIR
■ Calibration and maintenance of each analysis instruments
■ Sampling line and system control

- QC operation management accountabilities
■ Analysis result & quality record control
■ QC Lab management support
■ Analytical instrument management support
■ Perform MSA, GR&R, LTS study
■ Compliance with safety rules for handling dangerous substances
■ Standard Gas management

Are you a MATCH?

지원자격
- 학력 : 전문학사 이상 (지원 자격 학력에 상응하는 경력자)
- 전공 : 화학/화학공학 및 관련 학과
- 경력: 3년 이상의 분석 방법론과 분석 기기 운용 경험 (최소 GC, FITR 운영 경험)
- 기본 소프트웨어 & 하드웨어 사용 가능자 (MS Office, LIMS, SAP, etc.)
- 교대 근무
 

우대조건
- 화학물질 분석 경험자 (Diborane의 경우, 특히 우대)
- 특수가스 분석 경험자
- Lab 관리 및 데이터 관리 경험자
- 기본적인 영어 실력 (예: 영문 절차서의 이해, 수정 및 작성 등)

Required Qualification
- Major in chemistry/chemical engineering at College (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience with analysis methodologies.
- 3 years of experience in analytical instruments (GC, FITR at least)
- Basic software & hardware management (MS Office, LIMS, Business
Management Systems)
- Shift work type

Preferred Qualification
- Prefer chemical analysis experience (Especially, Diborane)
- Prefer specialty gas analysis experience
- Experience in data and lab management
- Basic level of English (ex: Understanding procedure, WI and so on)
