1. Real-Estate Support (자산관리업무 지원)
- Support Location Manger regarding real-estate investment.
- Assist to establish guideline or process via real-estate market survey
- Fully aware of Siemens Real Estate principles and circular and apply to actual work
- PO service for monthly invoice

2. Facility Maintenance Support (시설 유지 지원)
- Monitor whole office and follow-up any issues in working environment
- Keep an eye on the office interior and communicate with vendors to adjust it

3. Real-Estate Application (어플리케이션 관리 지원)
- Support for SRE application management and update
- Fully aware of Siemens principles and circular to keep up-to-date version

*PO service*
Communicate with landlords and post monthly invoices
Supports and assist on finance figures for month-end and year-end closing
Record and analyze variance between budget and actual expenses

*직무요약
- 자산/시설 관련 업무는 빌딩 내 환경 유지를 위한 업무로(시설물 유지보수 확인, 서비스 응대 등)
- SRE (인프라, 전산) 내용 중 서비스 응대를 위한 Helpdesk tool (application)을 이용하고 있으며,
Mendix 프로그램을 이용하여 부서 서비스에 특성화된 내용으로 자체 개발된 application으로 관리
및 유지 업무 필요. 기본적인 IT 지식이 있으면 가능한 수준



[지원자격]
- 신입~경력 3년차 이하
- 비즈니스 영어 가능자
- Computer engineering 혹은 이공계 졸업자 및 관련 분야 경력자 선호

- 근무처 : 서울특별시 종로구 종로3길, D타워 9층 10층 지멘스(주)
- 즉시 근무 가능한 분
- 계약 기간 : 최초 1년 + 1년 연장
