Payment Platform Team, which you¡¯ll be joined, is in charge of planning and launching all kinds of payment services including KONA Card, KONA BIZ, and KONA PLATE.
We are leading all projects related to KONA payment platform including service improvement, marketing planning, and customers management to expand our payment services.
We are preparing for new growth by creating a payment service that turns its customers into fans, including the welfare-card renewal, launching new cards, launching Open API affiliation service, and introducing international payment services.
[The services you will be in charge of]
We provide global payment services through partnerships with overseas card brands or financial companies, beyond domestic payment platform services.
We have launched the "Travel Zero Card," a specialized card for overseas use without currency exchange or transaction fees, as well as the "Travel K" card designed for foreign tourists visiting Korea. Centered around these cards, we are developing a tourism payment platform through partnerships with global companies to offer various benefits to both Korean travelers abroad and foreign tourists visiting Korea.
We have launched the "KONA CARD EXPAT-ESSENTIAL" card for foreign residents in South Korea and are advancing a financial platform business tailored for this demographic.
We're launching cross-border remittance/payment business between countries through a mobile app.
[Responsibilities]
Attract new customers and form partnerships for overseas remittance and KONA CARD services targeting foreign residents in South Korea.
Conducting sales activities and promotional events by directly visiting areas with foreign residents.
Researching the foreign residents' financial services market and collecting customer feedback.
Plan and manage foreign community engagement, identify relevant agencies, and drive contract negotiations.
