[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Drive a seasonal line plan based on the global process to bring the seasonal vision to market and achieve financial KPIs such as GPM, Sell-thru, and Revenue targets
- Build the season’s OTB (Open-to-Buy) based on historical sales analysis and sales targets for each category
- Create a consumer-oriented assortment based on the target consumer profile, distribution strategy, and a consumer-centric mindset
- Leverage market knowledge to reflect market opportunities, channel strategy, and volume potential into global product creation through close communication with HQ
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute the seasonal assortment at the right time and place
- Present the seasonal assortment strategy to internal and external stakeholders, following the Go-to-Market (GTM) process, such as Sell-in sessions with wholesale accounts and regional briefs with HQ
- Update seasonal forecasting activities in the Centric8 system and manage sales sample orders, seasonal catalogs, and sales training materials
- Be responsible for every aspect of the buying process and its results
- Maintain positive and open communication with colleagues to contribute to smooth information flow and efficient operation
[REQUIREMENTS]
- Merchandising experience and mindset (previous experience in the sports industry is preferred but not mandatory)
- Effective communication skills in both Korean and English (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and global brands
- High level of time management and punctuality
- Strong influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Attentive to details and results-oriented with flexible and positive thinking
- Strong teamwork mindset
- Willingness to learn
