[ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]
- Lead the overall of retail(store) recruiting process from sourcing candidates to on-boarding with employment contract.
- Conduct employee contract renewal and termination.
- Handle personnel documentation and administrate O-chart and master file.
- Implement salary administration (merit, promotion, adjustment).
- Manage personnel status changes and conduct C&B processes for regular and temporary.
- Be a pro-active advocate of driving our engagement initiatives following people engagement surveys and executing the action plan.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in cooperation of HQ HR.
- Support the submission of relevant HR reports/analyses to management and HQ HR, both on a monthly/weekly and ad hoc basis.
- Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations including supervising working hour
- Support employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Implementation of employee benefit program; medical check, employee discount, family event, etc.

[REQUIREMENTS]
- 5+years HRGA experience
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, with the ability to address and resolve a wide range of HR-related issues in a fair and effective manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as with external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to adapt to environmental changes and varying needs with flexibility.
- Experience in retail industries such as fashion (apparel/footwear) and cosmetics is mandatory.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
