INPSIRE Entertainment Resort Hotel Operations팀에서 역량있는 Assistant Director of Housekeeping을 채용합니다. 글로벌 호텔 체인 및 럭셔리 호텔, 대규모 리조트(복합 리조트 등)에서 총 경력 10년 이상 경력자 중에서 최소 3~5년 이상 Leadership Role을 경험해보신 분에 한하여 지원가능합니다. 업무상 다양한 국적의 Stakeholder와의 Global Communication이 발생하는 포지션으로 Fluent 하지 않더라도 자신의 의견을 명확하고 자신 있게 소통하실 수 있는 분을 선호합니다. 자세한 사항은 아래의 Job Description을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

Position Summary
Inspect guest rooms, corridor areas, villa, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments. Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
Assist individuals with disabilities.
Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print).
Ensure all facilities in the Villas are maintain best condition.
Conducts inventory of Villa items such as guest supplies, cleaning supplies, printing and stationery for the rooms, linen, etc.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Assistant Housekeeping Managers.
Ensure all arrival Villas are prepared with the appropriate welcome and other amenities.
Conduct daily inspection to keep the best cleanliness condition at all times.

Minimum Education And Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major preferred.
A minimum of 10 years demonstrable experience in same field of hotel industry or 3~5 Housekeeping leadership role experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requirements:

Maintaining confidentiality within the organization and protect any information that classified as confidential.
Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
May includes Guess Facing work Environment
Be able to stand for extended periods of time(while on duty)
Be able to lift & Carry luggage when required
Be able to work in a fast-paced and Shift work environment
Based on Operational requirements, be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods(Shift Schedule) especially for planned Event.
Must be willing to travel locally and regionally to conduct business, and occasional travel within Korea. (해외 여행의 결격 사유가 없는 자)
