Position Summary
Technical Sales and Support Executive is responsible for both Mobile Mapping sales and technical support for Reality Capture. He/She is responsible to develop new direct customers for Mobile Mapping sales and follow up technical support.
Technical Sales and Support Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following
Responsible for Mobile Mapping sales and support
¡× Set the sales
target & plans for Mobile Mapping direct sales and execute
¡× Develop new
strategies for un-covered Mobile Mapping market directly
¡× Maintain existing Mobile Mapping customers directly
¡× Create sales
leads through various sales and marketing activities with marketing team and
follow up sales activities (Demo, meeting, training, service, delivery etc.)

¡× Work with solution providers in the
country/region to facilitate sales pipeline, provide tactical support on order
processing and order management, and ensure purchase orders are submitted in a
timely manner according to sales forecasts in Salesforce
¡× Contribute to the direct sales business
plan to provide appropriate coverage and capacity to support target growth
¡× Accept inbound and perform outbound
telephone calls from/to customers and make regular onsite visits to major
customers to identify sales opportunities, enable pipeline growth, and drive
connectivity
¡× Share and communicate customer needs to
internal teams; translate customer needs into solutions
¡× Actively work with the Inside Sales and
Field Sales organizations to proactively generate leads
¡× Establish long term business
relationships with major Mobile Mapping customers
¡× Improve the use of all our available
products and services portfolio in each customer to improve the share generate
sustainable revenue growth and an equitable margin
¡× Train and develop customers in relation
to our product lines and sales methodologies
¡× Ensure the achievement of quarterly and
annual sales targets and management-based objectives that will be communicated
from time to time
¡× Assist existing Partner Sales
Representatives by providing product and application training; job site
demonstrations, installation scheduling, assist in field troubleshooting and
assist in product and solution installations
¡× Need to fully
understand Construction, BIM and other market situation and our product

¡× Need to know
professional knowledge of products and solutions
¡× Analyze
competitor solutions and activities and inform, react accordingly
¡× Targeting key
customers and provide customers with proper solution and execute sales
activities, technical support and problem handling.
¡× Focus on Mobile
Mapping SW training to dealers and customers
¡× Translate
sales, marketing material when necessary
¡× Tender business
management directly
¡× Liaise with Finance department for
management of receivables
¡× All sales
activities have to be recorded in Sales Force
Responsible for technical support job
¡× Manage new information
: New product and solution, new technologies and trends
¡× Train internal staff and customers regarding new information
¡× Develop
training material & manual and distribute it accordingly
¡× Customers troubleshooting and support internal sales team to solve customer issues
¡× Regular
communication with BU to solve issue and get the newest information.
¡× Translation :
SW, Manual, On-line training, websites etc.
Others
¡× At least 2
years engineering sales or technical support experience is required
¡× Fluent English
skill (Read, Write and Speaking)
¡× Background
knowledge such as surveying, engineering, 3D scanning, mobile mapping, civil
engineering are preferred
