IT monitoring solution Sales Executive
1. Support and Engage: Support engineers and customers. Care for existing customers and expand licenses. Interact with customers through meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
2. Solution Delivery: Gain acceptance from customers that the company¡¯s solutions can solve their end-user experience and service delivery problems. Prepare, plan, and execute demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to transform qualified opportunities into deals with presales or support engineers.
3. Opportunity Development: Follow up on existing opportunities and develop them further. Collaborate with team members in Korea.
4. Achieve Targets: Strive to reach annual targets.
Requirement
Experience: At least 10+ years of Middleware, Virtualization, or Monitoring solution sales experience, with a strong understanding of monitoring tools.
Collaboration: Experience working with support and presales engineers, as well as collaborating with partners¡¯ salespersons.
Sales Areas: Familiarity with one or more of the following sales areas: Application Performance Management (APM), SMS, 3rd-party monitoring tools, Microsoft Server and Applications, End User Computing Transformation Projects (e.g., Citrix/Horizon View), IT Service Management (ITIL, Ticketing), and IT analytics.
Technical Knowledge: Broad knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Virtualization is desirable.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with SAP, SQL/Oracle, JAVA, and .Net is a plus.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A customer-centric approach with strong people skills.
Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
