Job Description Strategic Brand Management: • Implement global brand strategy that relates to local business goals and drive brand awareness, engagement, and desirability for the Trip.com brand. • Develop an in-depth understanding of local market, business, target audience, competitive scenes, and latest trends for continuous evolution of brand strategy for the Trip.com brand. • Implement global brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints Brand Marketing Campaign Management: • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative content that resonates with our target audience. • Design and implement high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital media. • Negotiate effectively with media partners to secure the best rates and placements for advertising campaigns. Job Requirements • Native Korean speaker with exceptional proficiency in English. • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a travel/e-commerce/online platform or a leading creative agency. • Proven track record of independently managing successful campaigns to deliver powerful brand communication, including planning, testing, creative development, and on-going optimizations. Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale brand marketing campaigns. • Have sharp and creative eyes, pay close attention to detail, and able to review, evaluate, identify, and guide the best-in-class brand marketing programs and brand related materials across all media channels • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Able to communicate with and influence people from cross-functional/cross-regional teams and diverse backgrounds to drive effective results. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • In-depth knowledge in traditional and digital marketing channels, including TVC, OOH, Digital, and influencer marketing. • Proven experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable results. • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry landscape. |
