[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â»çÇ×: °æ·Â(10³â ÀÌ»ó ) - Propose and commit to annual
financial targets, including revenues and profitability. - Develop and implement a
business strategy across pricing, promotions, assortment, sales channels,
digital marketing, customer experience, branding etc. - Develop a holistic strategy
with appropriate segmentation across storefronts in Marketplace. - Develop promotion strategy
and monitor competition, to ensure competitiveness while optimizing resource. - Execute Sales program and
promotion in accordance with Seasonal strategy on time. - Monitor and analyze business
key metrics including day-to-day operation, merchandising, and digital
marketing, generating insights for decision making as well as optimization. - Manage and Improve all
aspects of ecommerce operations such as in-site operation, site refresh based
on global assets and guidelines, UX&UI, newness launch, promotions,
warehousing, logistics, and consumer experience. - Identify new growth
opportunities by working cross functionally with Brand marketing, Off-line
channels, and Wholesales, as well as with external partners. - Work closely with external
agencies on Digital marketing including analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM. - Establish collaborative and
effective relationships with Sales channel Managers, Retail Marketing,
Merchandising, Demand planning, and FP&A. - Provide inclusive leadership,
guidance, and direction to the team. - Build and maintain a
high-performance team and culture through open and clear communication, ongoing
mentoring and development, and effective performance management. - Guide, coach and train team
members in all aspects of ecommerce business and Support ecommerce environment
improvement. - Bachelor¡¯s degree and above - Over 10 years of eCommerce
experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods and prefer to have experience in
customer service-oriented environments (preferably Apparel, footwear, Sports,
and Outdoors) - Comprehensive understanding
of digital marketing and marketplace landscape and the levers available to
drive growth. - Had experience in
successfully managing both Owned.com and 3rd party marketplace. - Strong numerical skills,
Ability to understand/analyze P&L, Ability to define and write policies and
procedures, Organizational and time management skills, Interpersonal and
coaching skills. - Proficient with MS Office
