As a Electrical and Control Systems Manager, you will be involved in Product development phase until the completion of execution of the detailed design, construction and commissioning of the new HRS Projects. You will also support commissionning team during the commissionning and startup phase of the project, as well as troubleshooting during normal operation of the HRS. You will be in charge of the Project Electrical and Control Systems technical studies and design development in liaison with the different internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that the project technical documentation is controlled in terms of planning and quality, and the compliance of the delivered prodcut with the technical specifications and local regulation in close coordination with the Engineering Manager and the Design Authorities. You will support the existing HRS After Sales services for Maintenance and Trouble Shooting during operations.1. Product development phase and Proposals:
Support The Product & Technology Manager and Project Director for the specification validation in the development of safe and reliable HRS products.
- Communication with the Group technical organization (in Korea and overseas)
- Communication with local suppliers for the development of technical solutions and for obtaining budgetary quotations
- Support in Preparation of technical deliverables for HRS projects Proposals
- Support in Preparation of cost estimation
2. Project Execution Phase:
Support the Project Director for the delivery of safe and reliable HRS in accordance with the Product specifications and contractual requirements:
- Prepare, maintain and control the project technical documentaion deliverable list
- Prepare and update the Engineering Drawings such as SLD, Instrumentation list, I/O lists, Instrument specification, Control Systems Specifications
- Participate to design reviews with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow-up of the implementation of the Design Reviews conclusions / actions
- Prepare RFQ technical specification for Electrical and Control Systems equipment purchase
- Support in the RFQ technical specification preparation for Mechanical and Electrical installation contract
- Technical clarification with Vendors/Subcontractors and technical bid evaluation
- Follow-up of Vendor's design documentation submission and internal reviews
- Follow-up of Vendor's manufacturing progress
- Participate to Final Inspection / Factory Acceptance Tests of Mechanical / Packaged equipment
- Perform the FAT of Electrical and Control Systems
- Support in the preparation of design dossier required for permitting activities and application to relevant authorities
- Participate in the development of pre-commissioning / commissioning procedures, operations manual
- Ensure that the design modfications are controlled and properly communicated to the stakeholders
- Support the Project Execution Team for the administration of Vendor's POs and Customer contracts
- Support the Project Execution Team during construction and commissioning activities
- Perform the SAT of the Electrical and Control Systems
3. Post-project phase
- Participates to the Project capitalization process (lessons learnt) aiming to continuously improve Products and services
- Support commissioning and maintenance Team for the follow-up and technical resolution of trouble-shooting and upgrades
- Master or Bachelor in Electrical / Instrumentation Control
- At least 10 years of experience in Gas / Chemical Engineering industry or Electricity industries
- Fluent in both Korea and English
- Engineer Electricity (전기기사) is a plus
