Job Description • Test and discover new CRM channels. • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise on-site marketing channels and improve their effectiveness. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimise campaign ROI and enhance customer experiences. • Analyze CRM channel performance to maintain sustainable growth and efficiency. • Monitor and optimize CRM performance across diverse user segments to ensure effectiveness and engagement. • Partner with internal departments to create, coordinate, and manage campaign-related content across CRM channels. • Design and execute CRM plans to enhance customer engagement and retention. Job Requirements • Fluent in English and Korean. • A fast learner and proficient multi-tasker. • A person with speed and attention to detail. • A go-the-extra-mile mentality, showing a proactive approach and dedication to delivering exceptional results. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights. • Have a good understanding of online platform and online travel agency. • Experience in campaign execution, configuration, marketing, CRM, or production operations is preferred. • Over 5 years of experience working as a CRM Manager in an online platform environment. |
