Job Description

Test and discover new CRM channels.

Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise on-site marketing channels and improve their effectiveness.

Leverage data-driven insights to optimise campaign ROI and enhance customer experiences.

Analyze CRM channel performance to maintain sustainable growth and efficiency.

Monitor and optimize CRM performance across diverse user segments to ensure effectiveness and engagement.

Partner with internal departments to create, coordinate, and manage campaign-related content across CRM channels.

Design and execute CRM plans to enhance customer engagement and retention.


Job Requirements

Fluent in English and Korean.

A fast learner and proficient multi-tasker.

A person with speed and attention to detail.

A go-the-extra-mile mentality, showing a proactive approach and dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights.

Have a good understanding of online platform and online travel agency. 

Experience in campaign execution, configuration, marketing, CRM, or production operations is preferred.

Over 5 years of experience working as a CRM Manager in an online platform environment.
