• Act as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, handling inquiries, inspections, and investigations.
-Policy Development:
• Create, update, and enforce company policies and procedures to promote ethical and lawful behavior.
• Train employees on compliance policies, legal updates, and ethical standards.
-Dispute Resolution:
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, ensuring effective defense or negotiation of settlements.
-Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of legal and compliance activities.
• Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.

학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업 이상
직무기술: 사내변호사, 미국변호사
- 변호사법에 따른 국내 변호사 자격 취득하였고, 동법에 따른 법률사무종사(의무연수) 또는 사법연수원 교육 기간을 마친 자
- 변호사 자격 취득 후, 해당 실무 경력이 3년 이상인 자(국내 경력)
- 영어가 능통한 자(원어민 수준)
- 해외 변호사 자격증 가능(한국 비즈니스에 대한 이해도가 높아야 함)
