[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies to meet organizational staffing goals - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding - Proactively identify and source appropriate candidates using various recruiting channels and build a strong talent pipeline for future needs - Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements and provide guidance in making effective hiring decisions - Collaborate with E-Commerce & CSC leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support the organization¡¯s objectives - Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, providing guidance and support during organizational changes and transformation initiatives - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback in a timely manner - Promote and strengthen the company¡¯s employer brand by participating in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent marketing initiatives - Monitor new joiners to ensure seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews and review to gather feedback and identify areas for development - Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.
