• Sales channel development for specific product line and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Forecast and implement monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan to achieve company¡¯s financial target.
• Strengthen and expand relationship with KOLs, distributors and HCPs.
• Provide quality level of support to distributor and trainings together with MKTG team.
• Cooperate and collaborate with marketing team to analyzes the market and identifies the business opportunities.
• Support & participate sales and marketing activities and finding sales opportunities (Symposium, Booth exhibition, Seminar Cadaver Workshop, Mobile Workshop etc.)
• Analysis sales data and produce regular sales report and provide market intelligence with insightful data.
• Give advice to junior sales representatives when necessary for a competitive and strong team.
• Coordinate for management of complaints handling
• Communication with local stakeholders to be aligned with the corporate¡¯s guidelines.
• Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
