Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined digital sales strategy in your specified market scope (global/regional) effectively, to improve ABB¡¯s market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Each day, you will execute digital sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative digital sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the digital customer base growth. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Technical sales of Cyber Security Pillar of PAEN Digital Solution in South Korea. You will be mainly accountable for: • Primary focal point in Korea for ABB¡¯s Cyber Security technology portfolio and liaise with Hub (Regional) / Global Digital team for any technical / product / commercial support needs • Primary responsibility for Korea Cyber security operational budget and building pipeline • Regular enablement on Cyber Security for Korea Sales team and Regional team • Providing consultation based on deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, products and services offered by ABB, including knowledge of firewall systems, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus software, encryption methods, identifying and accessing management solutions • Building understanding on clients' cybersecurity needs, existing security infrastructure, identifying vulnerabilities, and determining the level of protection required • Collaborating closely with technical teams within ABB , Sales and Commercial teams to ensuring that client requirements are effectively communicated and proposed in proposal, this may involve coordinating product demonstrations, providing technical support during the sales process • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and sales forecasts is essential, generating reports for management on sales performance, market trends and competitive intelligence • Defining and implementing the digital Cyber roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the cyber solution lifecycle • Designing customized digital cyber solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and challenges
