Engineering background in the automotive industry. - Minimum 5 years in the
automotive industry with a related job function. - Minimum 3 years of working
with or for Hyundai/Kia programs. - Bilingual and bicultural
Korean National. - Ability to demonstrate
previous experience or know-how to sell and maintain profitability based on
higher-than-industry average prices and margins (Not commodity pricing). - Ability to be an adaptable
and humble hands-on team player in understanding company style for internal and
external communication, and strong relationship-building capability at the
customer. - Knowledge or ability to
develop, communicate, manage, and implement diverse sales strategies based on
specific factors of the customer, product, timing, and competitive aspects of
the quoting process. - Travel to headquarters on a
biannual or quarterly basis as needed to maintain knowledge of the team,
development projects, production conditions, and processes.
