• 8-10+ yrs. of strong experience in years of programming experience in RPG, Free RPG and CL in an AS/400 environment.
• Language Spoken: Both Korean and English
• Experience in JDA MMS (AS400) is added advantage
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life cycle and ability to work as the primary liaison between Business users and Developers. Excellent analytical and Problem-solving skills, leadership and management abilities and team spirit.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Systems integration, AS400 systems, SQL, DB2 database concepts.
• Knowledge of Retail and Warehouse Management System.
• Production Support background
• Experience in onsite-offshore model in managing large projects involving multiple teams across globe
