  • - Develop and drive strategic medium/long term commercial plans, brand plans and financial budgets for all channels in Korea through a holistic understanding of the entire value chain to achieve company objectives and business targets
  • - Create consumer demand and act as the most valued partner of consumers by offering tailor -made business advice that best fits consumer needs

  • 2 Commercial Leadership and Team Empowerment
  • - Improve sales efficiency and agility by strengthening commercial team capabilities and designing an optimal organizational structure
  • - Adopt a consultative selling and customer-focused approach to improve the service quality and spend quality time with customers

  • 3 Compliance and Integrity
  • - Ensure all business actions and strategies are compliant with company policies, governance and local regulations
  • - Build trusted partnerships and work in a compliant manner with all business partners and stakeholders by managing the business in a way that is of high level of compliance and integrity

  • 4 E-Business Strategic Development and Roadmap
  • - Develop e-business strategy to deliver strong brand communication and commercial objectives to achieve solid growth on e-business
  • - Continuous mapping and planning for the evolving e-business route-to-market through Pure-Player e- retailers, Multi-channel retailers, Marketplaces and eD2C platforms▪ 

  • 5 Customer marketing engaging activations and consumer experiences
  • - Manage the strategic promotional activation, develop initiatives that are in line with the overall brand strategies delivering a 3-way win: for MHCWK, our customers and the consumer
  • - Analyse Market Trends, Competitions, Customer and Consumer Insights to identify opportunities for growth and evaluate promotion effectiveness


ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

  • - Relevant sales and commercial leadership experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment 
  • - Possessing industry experience in FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
  • - Consistent business achievement with capability of leading sizable teams, building team capabilities and transforming the commercial organization
  • - Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing P&L and analysing financial data
  • - Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and competition
  • - Able to be a change agent to lead continuous improvements in processes and strengthen team¡¯s agility and capability in an evolving business environment 
  • - Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
