A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Strategic Leadership & Brand Development:
- - Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy: Define Prada Beauty's strategic marketing direction in Korea, clarifying priorities, target audience, and competitive positioning to drive market share and business growth. This includes aligning local market nuances with the global brand vision.
- - Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication plans: Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring global brand consistency while adapting messaging and activations for local relevance and resonance within the Korean market.
- - Portfolio Management: Guide the product portfolio strategy, including new product launches, hero product lifecycle management, and ongoing portfolio animation, with a data-driven approach to maximize impact and profitability. This includes understanding the Korean beauty landscape and anticipating trends.
- - Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights: Continuously analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activities within the Korean beauty market. Share key findings with global and regional teams to discuss product development and campaign strategies, ensuring alignment with local market needs.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- - Campaign Development & Oversight: Conceptualize and lead the development of innovative and engaging 360 marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution. Ensure seamless integration across all channels, including digital, social media, public relations, events, and retail.
- - Local Adaptation and Execution: Translate global campaign concepts into locally relevant executions that resonate with the Korean consumer. Oversee campaign implementation, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and budget parameters.
- - Agency Management (if applicable): Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, PR, media, etc.), providing clear briefs and ensuring effective collaboration to deliver high-quality campaign assets and activations.
- - Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance against key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, engagement, sales). Identify areas for optimization and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future campaign effectiveness.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- - Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and coach the Korean marketing communications team. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, providing opportunities for professional development and growth. Develop and enhance the team's marketing expertise and knowledge of the Korean beauty market.
- - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with key internal stakeholders (sales, e-commerce, education, visual merchandising, supply chain, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing strategies. Build strong relationships to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
- - Budget Management & Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the marketing budget, making strategic investment decisions to maximize ROI. Accurately forecast sales, manage pricing strategies, and monitor brand profitability.

- - Education: University Graduate
- - Years of experience: 10+ years
- - Experience:
- - Extensive Experience in Prestige Beauty Marketing
- - Deep Understanding of the Korean Beauty Landscape
- - Strategic planning and analytical skills with attention to detail
- - Exceptional Leadership & Team Management Skills
- - Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation SkillsCosmetic company experience is preferred
- - Language: Business Fluency in Korean and English
- - Other Skills:
- - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- - Basic knowledge of corporate finance and P&Ls is a plus
