Being a key contact person for Talent Management cycle of Company - Align Talent Management cycle from APAC and work with RRF Business partner to smoothly manage - Match and provide development programs to strengthen succession plan - Manage On-boarding programs to support soft landing of new talents 2. Implement learning & Development programs with supporting People Experience manager to have more qualified programs. - Manage administrative tasks including scheduling training sessions, booking venues, and preparing training materials - Assist employees with the registration process for training programs and offer guidance regarding learning systems and tools - Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), helping employees access relevant training modules and tracking participation - Monitor LMS analytics to provide insights on course completion rates and user engagement trends, contributing to informed learning strategies - Collect and consolidate feedback training participants to evaluate program effectiveness
O People Experience Support 1. Provide administrative support and execute programs to enhance people experience in Company - Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement activities, such as Year-end party, Lunch & Learn sessions, and other engagement events - Consolidate and analyze employee engagement data to generate actionable insights and support reporting purposes - Maintain accurate documentation and records of people experience initiatives, including metrics related to engagement and attendance
O Internal Communications 1. Assists with Internal communications activities to keep employees informed and engaged 2. Create and distribute engaging content through internal communication channels, such as emails, newsletters, intranet updates, and Viva engage platforms.

- At least 1~2 years of experience in HR coordination or employee engagement roles - Exposure to CSR projects or event management is a plus - Proficiency in English for communication with APAC and global teams - Basic understanding of learning management systems or readiness to master new tools - Proficiency in organizing and interpreting data using Excel or similar tools - Creative storytelling: Ability to craft engaging communications that resonate emotionally and intellectually with employees - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, detail-heavy projects simultaneously - A client-centric problem solver with strong business acumen and ability to translate the business needs into practical HR and Learning & Development solutions - A team-player with a strong collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership
