[담당업무] 1. Demand & Supply Planning / Shipment Management
- Lead the sales planning process for carryover items across categories, aligned with the monthly rolling sales plan.
- Forecast goods movement quantities to manage warehouse/3PL capacity.
- Manage shipment requests and requirements from both internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time product launches and replenishment.
2. Inventory Management
- Allocate and replenish stock from the regional DC to stores according to target parameters, while monitoring and controlling store stock levels.
- Ensure the correct balance of inventory in store according to assortment matrix.
- Re-balance the stock between stores according to analysis of performance and store strategy in a season transition period
- Take the lead in analyzing inventory level and sales data to drive overall inventory efficiency, preventing both shortages and overstocking.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize stock movement processes.
- Work closely with local logistics team & warehouse team to understand lead time, logic of picking and packing, timing to delivery product in store, scheduling of delivery for each store.
- Work closely with Merchandising team and retail to understand priorities and market special requests.
- Communicate with WW team for stock request, sales plan, maintenance of replenishment and assortment tools.

[자격요건] 경력사항: 경력(8년 이상 )
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
직무기술: SCM, SCM manager
- Bachelor’s degree - Minimum of 8 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in the luxury or cosmetics industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Access, and BI tools for performance and KPI monitoring. - Team player with strong communication and listening skills, with a sound commercial understanding. - Fluent in English and Korean - Experience with SAP systems for supply chain management is preferred
