Primary Function: The Finance Manager is responsible for providing relevant all kinds of financial reports in a timely manner, taking external audit for yearly tax, financial audit and filing requirements as well as reporting any kinds of financial and accounting things as representing the Laerdal Medical Korea.
All financial and accounting task from group finance team should be the main job to undertake.
This includes the cohesive teamwork in operations department, implementation, and enforcement of global control procedures financially.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including recording financial transactions, managing all invoices, and reconciling accounts.
- Financial operations: Managing financial operations such as Account Payable and Receivable by tracking and collecting from customers and suppliers, Payroll processing, tax compliance, and vendor management in financially.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, such as sales figures, expenses, and cash flows, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. To evaluate performance, provide financial data to leadership team to have better insights for strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: conducting financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring budget performance to ensure financial stability.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely input to ERP program for financial reports such as income statement, balance sheets and other financial statements.
- Expense Management: Monitoring and controlling expenses to ensure they align with guidelines and identifying chance for cost reduction of efficiency improvement.
- Cash Management: Overseeing cash flow, managing working capital and optimizing cash resources to meet operational needs and financial obligations.
- Compliance and risk management: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, laws, internal policies including tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Financial Support: Providing financial guidance and support internally and support to senior management, including analyzing investment opportunities, and advising on financial decisions.
- Finance Team¡¯s Development: Leading and setting finance team¡¯s performance goals, providing guidance and perform a collaborative and high-performance team culture in teams.
Key Competencies:
