The maintenance Engineer will support the maintenance strategy of two production facilities in Air Liquide Adanced Material(ALAM) located in the Sejong and Hwaseong based in the Sejong Plant. The successful maintenance engineer will have a strong reliability focus and develop engineering solutions to decrease reactive maintenance and increase planned preventative maintenance.Implement engineering solutions
Conduct RCA's and FMEA's and support PSM
Manage improvement projects
Perform Life Cycle Analysis
Implement predictive maintenance systems and support maintenance minimization efforts
Review and modify plans, procedures, material usage and needed
Develop reporting of maintenance activity, Key Performance Indicators(KPI) and Metrics
Manage CAPEX & OPEX budgets
Ensure compliance with HSES and Regulatory requirements
Bachelor of Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical in Engineering or other Engineering background.
Experience in plant maintenance or related projects in chemical or other manufacturing industries is plus.
Having a work environment that speaks English is a plus.
