(Clienteling activities and entire store activities & projects involved store teams and clients) - Collaborate with CRM department to Store teams have client mind-set, leading & supporting Store Managers to operate Clienteling activities - Recruit and allocate boutique staff in collaboration with Commercial Director & Manage HR issues for boutique staff and coordinate with HR - Utilize market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. - Conduct performance appraisals for boutique staff annually or bi-annually - Collaborate with retail operation team to ensure every operational source is equipped in Boutique to drive and support business in line with strategy. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients / retailers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty - Lead negotiations with clients / retailers and oversee contract management processes.
