Sr. Manager, Buying & Trading, eCommerce
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
This role is responsible for eCommerce online business sales by leading buying & trading plan and meeting sales growth targets in official .Com and eMarketplaces as well as ensuring business opportunities by developing new online business channels
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all buying activities related to responsible category and range selection during GTM meetings every season for own.com and e-marketplace
Lead channel marketing management process from product perspective and activations in close cooperation with GTM P&I, Retail and Brands team to ensure a consistent and aligned brand presentation in the online Sales business channel
Collaborates with GTM P&I, Retail, Brand and group function partners to position
key stories and product, in line with on-line business and company¡¯s strategic vision
Responsible for ranging product category breadth and assortment by platforms(touchpoints) channel to deliver financial and range efficiency targets (i.e. Buying budget, Sell-thru, Net sales, Inventory and Net margin targets)
Manage range and forecasts at agreed timelines to ensure timely POs (Pre-Season)
Management of phasing & giving timely signals to Demand planning to pursue replenishment/re-order of fast-moving articles (In-Season)
Lead full-price & off-price decisioning to maximize sell-thru & inventory usage
Plan and adjust the detailed buying budget of next season aligning with IBP sales target by category under the global timelines with planning team
Review and analysis trading results overseeing daily digital sales and monitor consumer
responses by tracking digital KPIs such as traffic, orders, conversion rate, AOV and returns and create agile sales opportunities
Provide leadership as well as engage and develop team members in a high-performance environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical skills
Structured, organised and process orientated
Fluent in English and Koreans
Advanced knowledge of Korea eCommerce landscape
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
Ability to catch the trend in field and apply on right time

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
At least 10 years of work experience in Digital, Ecommerce Buying & merchandising in Retail, Sporting goods, Fashion and FMCG industry
Oustanding communication skills, drive and passion for sales - awareness of online business trends.
University degree or above
Advanced IT skills in outlook, work, excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English
