* Job Description
- Responsible for providing market-level technical support for local sourcing and global product development, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business strategies.
- Supports global product development initiatives by managing technical expertise resources for product analysis, claims validation, communication, and overall product support for both new launches and existing products, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Works closely with market-level and global teams to identify, develop, and implement new products and services that enhance the local product portfolio and align with consumer needs.
- Applies expertise in project management, chemistry, engineering, and related scientific disciplines to develop technically sound, high-quality products that meet regulatory standards and business objectives.
- Engages in cross-functional collaboration and technical communication with global R&D, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure product excellence.
- Conducts competitive landscape analysis, monitors emerging technologies, and communicates new technical developments in the market.
- Leads competitive technology scouting to identify innovative solutions for new product development.
- Conducts and/or leads the assessment of novel product solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and market potential.
* Priority in Requirement
- +7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in product development, R&D, or technical roles within the nutrition industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively present technical data, influence key stakeholders, and collaborate in a global environment.
- Master¡¯s degree or higher in Food Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
