Job Title : Labor Relations Leader (³ë¹«Ãѹ«ÆÀÀå)

Job Purpose
- Manage and build the relationship between the related organizations (Shareholders, Union, Government, 3rd party in interests, etc.) and employees
- Conclude Successful negotiations through the win-together mindset
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and related law, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and wage, handle and resolving labor disputes
- Minimize the legal risk by assessment and bring out solution
- Promote fair labor practices and contributing to overall organizational effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
- Establish the long-term & short-term labor-management strategy
- Analyze the impact of negotiation and government¡¯s policies, business changes
- Drive the strategic plans for wages and collective bargaining
- Respond to labor-management councils and grievance, issue on ethics
- Communication with field opinions and build up cooperation with union
- General Affairs management
Job Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor¡¯s degree (HR or Business administration, Legal is preferred)
- Total 10+ yrs of HR experience (Minimum 5 yrs for HRM and 5 yrs for LR/ER, each)
- Experience in HR principles, procedures, law and government affairs
- Experience in the manufacturing side regarding negotiation with unions
- Law-abiding and fair mindset, high resilience in complex situations
- Certified labor consultant preferred
- Business level English
