주요 업무
- 일일 거래(spot broking), COA(장기운송계약), 기간 용선(period time-charter) 처리
- 해당 부문의 비즈니스 전략을 이해하고, 시장 동향·미래 시장·신규 제품 및 고객과 관련된 신규 사업 기회 발굴
- 선주 및 용선자와의 협력, 전 세계 사무소 직원과의 긴밀한 협업
- 드라이 카고 시장 전반에서 활동
- 국내 및 해외 고객 기반 확장 및 수익 창출
- 선박 운송 관련 문서 처리
- 시장 분석 및 고객에게 시장 인사이트 및 트레이드 아이디어 제공
- 기타 비즈니스 요구에 따른 추가 업무 수행

Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day spot broking, COA (Contract of Affreightment), and period time-charter.
- Understand the business strategy for the division and identify new business opportunities related to market trends, future markets, products, and clients.
- Liaise with shipowners, charterers, and colleagues across the company’s global offices.
- Operate in any area of the dry cargo market.
- Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base both domestically and internationally.
- Manage necessary shipping documentation.
- Conduct market analysis and provide market insights and trade ideas to clients.
- Perform additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet business needs.

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(3년 이상 4년 이하)
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
직무기술: Dry Cargo Chartering Broker , Handy

- 드라이 벌크(건화물) 분야 최소 2년 이상 해운중개 및 선사 영업/운항 경력 필수

- 해운 및 용선 계약(Charter Party) 관련 지식 보유

- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 팀워크를 바탕으로 원활한 협업 가능

- 고객 요청 시 운영 관련 의사결정을 처리할 수 있고 커뮤니케이션 역량이 강하신 분

- 화주(Charterer) 또는 오퍼레이터(Operator)와 협업 경험 보유자 우대

- 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 스킬 및 학습 의지

- 비즈니스 영어 능통

- 학사학위 (조선·해운·국제무역·금융 등 관련 전공우대)

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in dry cargo sector broker/shipping/chartering sales/operations

- Strong understanding of shipping industry practices and charter party terms

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Experience working with Charterers or Operators is preferred

- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

- Fluent English proficiency is required

- Preferred degree in Shipbuilding, Shipping, International Trade, Finance, or related fields
