영국 런던에 본사를 둔 글로벌 최대 선박/해운중개업 및 컨설팅 전문 회사에서 역량 있는 Dry Cargo Operator를 채용하고 있습니다.
해당 포지션은 계약체결 후 Post Fixture업무를 담당하며 드라이카고 용선운영을 지원하는 역할을 하게 됩니다.

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and ever-curious person to help handle the post-fixture elements of the day-to-day running of our ongoing charters.

주요 업무
- 드라이 카고 계약 체결 이후 운영 전반(Post Fixture) 관리
- 용선 계약(Charter Party) 진행 관련 일일 업무 처리
- 계약서 작성 및 발행, 계약 조건 검토
- 회계팀과 협업하여 커미션 청구 및 정산 진행
- 선주, 화주 및 관련 이해관계자와 협력하여 원활한 운항 관리
- 서류 및 데이터 정리

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of post-fixture operations for dry cargo shipments
- Manage daily communications related to charter party execution and post-fixture matters
- Prepare and issue charter party agreements
- Work closely with the accounts team to handle commission invoicing and payments
- Coordinate with clients, shipowners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth voyage execution
- Ensure timely closure of post-fixture files and documentation

[자격요건]

경력사항: 경력(3년 이상 4년 이하)
학력사항: 대학교(4년)졸업
직무기술: Post Fixture Operations , Dry Cargo

- 드라이 벌크(건화물) 분야 Post Fixture Operations 업무 및 관련 해운중개업 및 선사 영업/운항 경험 필수 최소 2년이상 경력 보유

- 해운 및 용선 계약(Charter Party) 관련 지식 보유

- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 팀워크를 바탕으로 원활한 협업 가능

- 고객 요청 시 운영 관련 의사결정을 처리할 수 있고 커뮤니케이션 역량이 강하신 분

- 화주(Charterer) 또는 오퍼레이터(Operator)와 협업 경험 보유자 우대

- 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 스킬 및 학습 의지

- 비즈니스 영어 능통

- 학사학위 (조선·해운·국제무역·금융 등 관련 전공우대)

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience indry cargo sector Post Fixture Operations/Chartering sales

- Strong understanding of shipping industry practices and charter party terms

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Experience working with Charterers or Operators is preferred

- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

- Fluent English proficiency is required

- Preferred degree in Shipbuilding, Shipping, International Trade, Finance, or related fields
