[글로벌 명품 리테일 기업] PR Assistant Manager

[담당업무]

PR/MKT
-Organize and maintain the showroom and sample inventory
-Manage day-to-day press inquiries and update sample availability
-Track and monitor all samples using Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics
-Shipping in/out samples and logistic in a timely manner
-Monitor press coverage and compile comprehensive clippings
-Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
-Support the brand’s social media account (Kakao Channel) in collaboration with the social agency, including planning weekly/monthly communication calendars and liaising with the HQ social team
-Create compelling press releases, pitches, and other PR materials to effectively communicate the brand’s messages and initiatives to media contacts and stakeholders

VIP/KOL Relations Support
-Manage VIP/KOL dressing and update sample availability
-Coordinate sample or merchandise fitting for VIPs/KOLs
-Arrange gifting for VIPs/KOLs

Other PR Activities
-Conduct market research, analysis, and competitor monitoring
-Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align PR initiatives with overall brand objectives and strategies
-Work closely with agencies to execute related activities with effective communication

[자격요건] 

-7~10 years relevant experience with exposure in luxury PR is preferred
-Bachelor Degree holder or above in marketing and communications or related discipline
-In-depth knowledge of PR and marketing process and best practices
-Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
-Passion for the PR industry and its best practices
-Outstanding organizational and time management skills
-Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
-Proactive Attention to details
