[Position]

Specialist
[Specific
Responsibilities]
· Conduct
EMI/EMS/ESD testing and analysis on electronic products and systems.
· Develop
and implement strategies to mitigate EMI/EMS/ESD issues.
· Validate
industrial design and system interactions between mechanical designs and
electrical subsystems.
· Prepare
detailed reports and documentation of test results, analysis, and
recommendations.
· Collaborate
with design and engineering teams to integrate EMI/EMS/ESD solutions into
product development.
· Stay updated
on the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
· Design
and review layouts from an EMC perspective.
[Qualifications]
· Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Industrial Design. (advanced
degrees preferred).
· 10+
years of experience in electrical engineering including 5+ years in EMC design
and testing.
· In-depth
knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., FCC, CE, IEC).
· Professional
knowledge and experience in signal and power integrity
· Proficiency
with EMI/EMS/ESD testing equipment and software.
· Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience
working in a global, geographically dispersed team (preferred).
· Certifications
in EMI/EMS/ESD (e.g., iNARTE, IEEE) are a plus.

-In
this role, you will take the lead in Electrical Engineering, specializing in
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC),
including Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electromagnetic Susceptibility
(EMS) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).

will ensure that our products comply with regulatory standards and perform
reliably in their intended environments.
