Job Title: Growth Manager, CORP - CDMO


JOB SUMMARY 

  • - Facilitate Key channel Partnership and e-JBP
  • - Develop the Business Initiatives with key platforms 
  • - Establish New Channel Opportunities and growth momentum
  • - Manage the growth project and initiative progress

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES 

  • Assists the corp. level communication and negotiation
  • Manage the progress and timeline of key agendas 
  • Support and Prepare the growth tribes (Coupang and Naver) agendas 
  • Track and Report the daily Corp. sales trend and progress
  • Collaborate and Support with Division and Brand EC to catch the issues 
  • Propose a strategic frame of key platforms and brands together with performance data/manager
  • Lead the key platform workshop and strategic meeting arrangement


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : University graduate 
  • Years of experience : +7~10 years (Min. 7 yrs)
  • Experience: 
    • E-Commerce Background or relevant EC area 
    • Commercial Experience in the modern trade channel (KAM)
    • Expertise on Online Platforms (Platform MD, etc)
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Skills:
    • Proficient with Excel and PPT
    • (Preferred) PNL Understanding
