[Mission]
Brand Group is part of HQ Marketing Team playing a key role in setting the strategic direction for the growth of global CJ brand (bibigo etc.), and guide & support different markets to absorb and execute the strategy & guideline.
[Roles]
1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to emerging markets (China, Japan, APAC, Europe).
- Support region-specific strategic performance by localizing global brand strategies and optimizing
execution plans.
2. Market Research & Growth Strategy Development
- Analyze market data (e.g., Kantar panel data) and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and
key market trends.
- Develop strategic recommendations to drive market expansion and address unmet consumer needs.
- Work with local teams to align on growth strategies and implement actionable plans tailored to the unique
characteristics of each region.
- Monitor and evaluate market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies and ensure long-term business
success in emerging markets.
3. Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end execution of key marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with global
and regional goals.
- Coordinate cross-regional collaboration to enhance efficiency and achieve shared objectives.
4. Brand & Communication Management
- Develop creative marketing assets and key visuals to support local campaigns, ensuring consistency with
global brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with HQ and local teams to launch integrated marketing communication strategies that
resonate with diverse audiences.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with HQ resources (e.g., IMX, Consumer T&I) and local teams to ensure alignment on goals
and execution plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for specific regional initiatives, bridging communication between HQ
and local teams.

[Requirements]
- Work experience: Min 7 years of Marketing experience and expertise.
- Cross-cultural Competency: Ability to understand and navigate cultural differences and nuances for various regions and demographics.
- Cross-functional & country team collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional and country teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new trends and to adjust strategies accordingly and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written Korean / English communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and outside the box to differentiate the brand and create unique and compelling strategies and ideas.
