[Roles] 1. Marketing Strategy Development - Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to emerging markets (China, Japan, APAC, Europe). - Support region-specific strategic performance by localizing global brand strategies and optimizing execution plans. 2. Market Research & Growth Strategy Development - Analyze market data (e.g., Kantar panel data) and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and key market trends. - Develop strategic recommendations to drive market expansion and address unmet consumer needs. - Work with local teams to align on growth strategies and implement actionable plans tailored to the unique characteristics of each region. - Monitor and evaluate market dynamics to proactively adjust strategies and ensure long-term business success in emerging markets. 3. Project Management - Manage the end-to-end execution of key marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with global and regional goals. - Coordinate cross-regional collaboration to enhance efficiency and achieve shared objectives. 4. Brand & Communication Management - Develop creative marketing assets and key visuals to support local campaigns, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines. - Collaborate with HQ and local teams to launch integrated marketing communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. 5. Stakeholder Coordination - Work closely with HQ resources (e.g., IMX, Consumer T&I) and local teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution plans. - Act as the primary point of contact for specific regional initiatives, bridging communication between HQ and local teams.
