- Manage Employee Exit Process Management & Retirement Pension Administration - Collaborate with P&C managers and support the market Governance process for Employee Moves and Recognition and Awards - Manage P&C Policy and Guidelines - Keep up to date knowledge of P&C developments and market trends including all Local labor law, policy and union issues - Understand consumer demands & embed these in product delivery to ensure optimal consumer experience - Act as the Change Lead for new or modified P&C Products
