HRBP (Korea Call Center) 

Job Description

• Partner with BU HR and Country HR Manager to ensure delivery of HR services in accordance with agreed performance targets and in line with compliance, continuously driving improvement of activities and projects for service excellence and consistent internal client experience.
• Work closely with the Service Team providing ongoing support to the leadership team on people-related matters, including policies and procedures, employee relations, compensation and benefits support, challenging working methods, and solving problems.
• Manage HRM operation according to employee lifecycle from on boarding to exit
• Proactively engage in talent acquisition activities particularly for internal job movement and support staffing timely
• Lead & manage HR projects and services related to performance management, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, compensation, compliance, talent development and organizational design.
• Manage open positions via relevant systems, and conduct onboarding sessions to seamlessly integrate new hires.
• Timely review and update of HR policy, SOP and documents in close collaboration with key stakeholders. Be responsible to facilitate plans on employee communication, proactively assess employee pain points and develop workable solutions in consultation with management.
• Perform other related duties based on the business needs.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources, Business Administration will be a plus.
• At least 5 years of working experience as HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in a customer service or similar fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
• Solid knowledge of HR process & system, rich experience in one or couple of recruitment, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, etc
• Adept at navigating ambiguity and a proven track record of implementing agile HR solutions
• Strong cross-cultural communications and leadership, influencing and consultative skills
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, multitask skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
• Recruitment background or experience is desirable.
