Role Summary:
This is a Commercial Quality role, and it is part of the Central Quality Team for International Region (IR). The role is focused on ensuring adequate Corrective And Preventive Actions (CAPA) are defined and implemented across IR.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

The role will cover all areas of CAPA Management, with particular focus on:

  • Establishing CAPA Review Boards
  • Facilitating/owning CAPA investigations
  • Conduct CAPA Daily Management Boards
  • Review and approve CAPAs
  • Support the Quality Team where required
  • Support the IR team in implementing CAPAs and ensure effectiveness

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Required min. 5 years in Quality within a highly regulated industry.
  • In depth experience owning resolution of non-conformities or CAPAs.
  • Experience in defending records during Competent Authority inspections.
  • Preferred Technical knowledge of ISO 13485 / 21 CFR 820.
  • Entrepreneurship and initiative taking.
  • Customer focus.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Relationship building.
  • Ability to deal with international stakeholders.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company¡¯s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company¡¯s main facilities, generally at the customers¡¯ or suppliers¡¯ locations.
