[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Set targets for stores and monitor their delivery in close cooperation with store managers. - Increase comp sales of stores by setting/driving targets and implementing operating plans locally. - Tracks monthly performance against plan and proactively identifies a solution to close performance gaps, if any. - Proactively manage store related OPEX with particular emphasis on Personnel Expense and operations cost - Communicate vision and directions clearly to stores and ensure policies and guidelines are implemented accordingly. - Deliver all operational standards for store opening, closing, relocation, stock replenishment, inventory management, staffing plan etc to ensure soft implementation and that budget and timelines are met. - Drive retail operational excellence ensuring that brand standards are applied and maintained with efficiency and accuracy in all stores including customer service. - Coach and lead to ensure store manager¡¯s capabilities and competencies are developed and comply with Global standards. - Manage all operational aspects of stores inventories, including defining in-store shipment processes, coordinating stock takes and ensuring data integrity. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores and resolve unresolved operational issues. - Work with Merchandise and Demand Planning team to manage store inventory level to ensure optimal stock to support sales targets. - Execute/Monitor VM guidelines in accordance with Global VM Guide and seasonal strategy. - Guide, coach and train retail staff in all aspects of retail operations and Support retail field training programs and roll-out of training initiatives. - Establish collaborative and effective relationships with Sales channel Managers, Retail Marketing, Merchandising, Demand planning, and FP&A. - Keep Senior management informed of issues decisions, and procedural changes at the store level that significantly impact the business. - Implement and utilize best practices in Operations management to drive process improvements and strategic priorities. - Identify the development areas for stores to ensure that training programs are targeted, relevant, and conducted effectively. - Identify talent within the staff pool and develop them as part of succession planning. - Develop strong store management team and secure succession plan through effective hiring, development, training, and staff retention programs.

- Bachelor¡¯s degree and above - Over 7 years of working
experience in Retail operations and customer service-oriented environments
(preferably Apparel, footwear, Sports, and Outdoors) - Working knowledge of the
retail industry, store operations, customer service, people-focused,
results-driven, structured and organized - Strong numerical skills,
Ability to understand/analyze P&L, Ability to define and write policies and
procedures, Organizational and time management skills, Interpersonal and
coaching skills. - Proficient with MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills including English at the business level
