Human Resources Intern

Job Description

Your role:

- Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing welcome materials, assisting with new hire orientations, and ensuring proper documentation.

- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

- HR Administration: Help with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance review forms.

- Employee Engagement: Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.

- Training Support: Help coordinate training programs and track employee training progress.

- HR Reporting: Assist in preparing HR reports, such as attendance, turnover, and other metrics.

- Ad-hoc HR Projects: Assist with various HR projects as needed, including employee surveys, policy updates, and other departmental initiatives.

[Qualification]

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Strong interest in Human Resources and career development in the HR field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.

2. (Big plus)You have relevant prior internship experience
3. You can commit 6 months for the internship
4. Can start internship in March.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company¡¯s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company¡¯s main facilities, generally at the customers¡¯ or suppliers¡¯ locations.

This will be an office-based work.
