¢º Position: Front Desk Manager (Foreign Applicants Only)
¢º Responsibilities:
- - Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- - Cashier duties and room assignments
- - Overseeing overall front desk operations
- - Providing customer service and guest treats
- - Addressing customer complaints and implementing service improvements
- - Managing staff (Manager level)
¢º Qualifications:
- - Education: Associate degree or higher
- - Experience: Minimum 5 years
- - Position Level: Negotiable

- - At least 5 years of total relevant experience
- - Proficiency in using OPERA is preferred
- - Understanding of room-related operations (finance/service/sales)
- - Ability to appropriately handle customer complaints
